Being mainly in emergency medicine for years I was ready for the transition to the lifestyle medicine and aesthetics practice. I am a certified Injector, love to read, and learn/guide about human design and mindset coaching. In human design I am a 6/3 splenic projector that feels like I finally found my rhythm after 40 years of living.
Attempting daily to be better than the day before. Learning all I can, when I can; to provide the best possible overall care to all. Guiding and leading those to optimal health of body AND mind.
